Expected Shipping Times

Shipping of website purchases is done once a week, usually within 2-3 days after purchase date.

In Canada, please allow 14 business days for receipt of product.

In the continental United States, please allow 4 weeks for receipt of product.

All locations outside continental North America, please allow up to 6 weeks for reception.

Customs & Duties

Radiance Gifts and Treasures is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred from the shipment of any item purchased from this website. We are also not responsible if you have not researched your country's laws regarding the importation of the items sold on this website. We are not responsible if your item is seized by customs in your country.

Returns

Returns may be made for a full refund within 7 (seven) days from the product being received. Returns must be made in the original packaging with all items included. Radiance Gifts and Treasures will not reimburse for shipping costs.
